Velvet and Silk Evening Dress - Vintage

This dress is a tailored masterpiece. The upper part is made of black velvet: the neckline is heart-shaped, it has long puff-sleeves. The skirt is dark green heavy silk with rounded endings. On top of the silk there is a lace skirt and an extra hip decoration is added, made of lace too. It has a petticoat made of taft. A wonderful evening gown.
